Rekry: Renault Trucks Country Manager

We are looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER to lead and grow Renault Trucks’ business in Finland.

There is a strong red heart beating within the large Volvo organization — Renault Trucks. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading Renault Trucks' operations in Finland. Your main goals will be to grow market share and vehicle population, while ultimately strengthening the brand’s position in the Finnish market.

In this role, you will be driving commercial performance towards profitability and growth, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Renault Trucks roadmap, and delivering excellent customer experience across the entire network.

You will lead the Renault Trucks team in Finland (reporting directly to you) and will work closely with the Renault Trucks organization in France.

You combine our values, which are customer success, passion, performance and trust. You have experience in business development or increasing sales. You know the industry and are able to take things to the next level. You have good interpersonal and negotiation skills and are fluent in Finnish and English.
